PICKING UP HAIR IN STORE 

HAIR ON HAND/ READY TO SHIP HAIR is the only hair that can be picked up same or next day! Any other hair will be subject to processing and shipping times !!! So if you are needing something same day you can check “READY TO SHIP HAIR” or simply just come in store.

DO NOT EMAIL/TEXT IMMEDIATELY AFTER SAYING “CAN I PICK UP” OR “WHEN CAN I PICK UP” IF THE ALLOTTED PICK UP AND SHIPPING TIME HAS NOT PASSED … YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL ONCE ORDER IS READY IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED EMAIL ORDER ID NOT READY.

TUESDAY-FRIDAY 11am-5:00pm

SATURDAY 10am-2:00pm

PROCESSING 
Processing for all orders take 3-4 business days . For orders being shipped out and picked up if hair is not on hand 

ONCE SHIPPED

After processing, your order will be delivered to you within 3-7 business days for orders being shipped out and picked up if hair is not on hand.

 

ALLOW A TOTAL OF 11 BUSINESS DAYS TO RECEIVE ORDER..ALTHOUGH IS MAY OR MAY NOT TAKE THAT LONG. WE DO HAVE HAIR IN STORE YOU COULD ALWAYS STOP BY OR CHECK ON HAND SECTION

 

SHOPIFY/SHOP SOMETIMES GIVES EXPECTED DATES THAT ARE NOT CORRECT. YOU WILL RECEIVE YOUR ORDER IN THE ALLOTTED TIME I HAVE STATED HERE.
