Refunds
We have a strict no refund policy. If you have any concerns please email us at richoffhair.co@gmail.com.
You will not get a refund for shipping times once the package has been handed off to the courier. After item is scanned please contact your local courier for any questions regarding when you will receive your item.
ANY refunds due to incorrect information / accidental purchases or any other reason besides any wrong doing on our part will result in a 10% restocking fee THANK YOU
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
